What an amazing, thought-provoking and inspiring 10 days of films! Thank you for helping make the 20th Denver Jewish Film Festival such an incredible success!

We are delighted to announce that we exceeded our attendance goal from last year in the screening of 28 diverse and engaging films. We want to express our gratitude to everyone for joining us at what has been called the best film festival yet!

Some exciting highlights from the festival include: David Broza, Israeli singer-songwriter and star of East Jerusalem, West Jerusalem joined us for a live performance on Opening Night; Director and Producer of the film Soft Vengeance, Abby Ginzberg, answered our thought provoking questions following the film screening and shared what inspired her to make the film; David L. Lewis, Director of The Pleasures of Being Out of Step, spoke to us about what it was like to work with Nat Hentoff; and Caryn Aviv from Judaism Your Way, led a lively discussion after the films End of Season Sale and Oriented about the LGBTQ Israeli and Palestinian communities in Israel.

A big thank you to everyone who participated in voting for the Audience Choice Awards. We are very excited to announce the winners!

Drum roll please…
We are profoundly grateful to all of our donors, sponsors, partners, volunteers, the MACC Board, and the Film Selection Committee who put their time, energy and heart into making this festival a true success. Of special note, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to our Title Sponsors, Wagner Wealth Management and the Sturm Family Foundation.

Save the date for the 21st Denver Jewish Film Festival, February 8-19, 2017!
